The service

ClinicSite lets clinics generate, edit, host, and publish a modern website. We may update, add, or remove features over time. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish, including any medical or health claims.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to migrate and publish the website content you submit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by publishing unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempting to disrupt the platform, or using it to violate the rights of others.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the current period.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to host, render, and publish your site through the Service. ClinicSite and its software remain our property.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinicSite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
